From the center of Petricani, we swerve left to Târpeşti, and finally, after about 3 km we reach the craftsman Museum Nicolae Popa. Nicolae Popa was born on August 13th, 1919, in Târpeşti Village, Petricani Commune, Neamt County and died on October 20th, 2010, in his native village. Between April 11 and 14 2013 Neamt Count Council was invited by the Economy Minister and the Tourism authority to participate at the XVIII edition of the Fair Tourism Leisure Hotels 2013 that took place in Chisinau, Republic of Moldavia.
The event is the most important of its kind from Moldavia and the audience is mainly interested in travels outside the country. Neamt County Council presented the most interested touristic attractions from this part of Romania.

Between November 3 and 6 2011 took placed the XXVI edition of the Romanian Touristic Fair, the autumn edition. At the event participated 110 participants from 19 countries: Romania, Argentina, Austria, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Croatia, Cuba, Egypt, Hungary, India, Japan, Mexico and others. The president of Neamt County Council was one of the five officials that cut the opening ribbon.

Between March 25 and 28 2010 took placed the 23 edition of the Romanian Toruistic Fair at Romexpo, Bucharest where Neamt County Council participated together with Piatra Neamt Town Hall and Neamt Chamber of Commerce. At this touristic event were 130 participants from 19 countries.
Neamt County Council received a Diploma for excellence for the most representative participation at that fair. The diploma confirms the efforts made by Neamt County Council to promote and develop the tourism from Neamt County.

Between May 10 and 12 2013 took placed in Cluj Napoca the third edition of the Festival “The days of Romanian Village”. The event was organized by the Tourism Minister and the Association “The most beautiful villages in Romania” and the main purpose is to celebrate the traditional village.

Between May 11 and 13 2012 Neamt County was present at the Romanian Rural Tourism Fair from Piata Sfatului Plaza in Brasov. The event was held under the title of “The Day of the Romanian village” and was at its second edition.
At this event Neamt County Council participated with two stands that were placed in Piata Sfatului Plaza where the touristic product on Neamt County was presented.
