Between November 23 and 25 2012 will take place Mineralia Exhibition 2012 at the History and Archeology Museum from Piatra Neamt, located on Mihai Eminescu street at number 10. For three days in the main hall of the museum you’ll see an exhibition of precious stones and crystals. This is the second edition of this exhibition that will display an impressive collection of stones.
During this exhibition visitors will have the chance to see minerals, crystals, perfect crystals, different jewelry handmade from these stones.

On November 24 2012 will take place at the Culture’s House from Roman the Inter-county Festival “Doruri Musatine”, the VIII edition. The event is dedicated to the most talented young folkloric music from the country that are expected to compete in this contest.
The enrollments for the contest started on November 15 2012 and are opened to all artists from Romania. There are two mandatory events: the first one will consist in reciting a ballad or a doina without orchestra and the second event will consist in playing a traditional song …

Between November 29 and December 2 2012 will take place the International Contest of Musical Interpretation and Choreography “Emanuel Elenescu” that reaches this year the XXII edition. The event is organized by “Vicot Brauner” Art High School from Piatra Neamt and its main purpose is to promote young talents from the musical world.
To enroll in this musical competition are expected young starting with November 20. The contest is for young people with ages between 6 and 19 years.

Between November 6 and 15 2012 at “Lascar Vorel” Galleris from Piatra Neamt art lovers had the chance of seeing the works of the artist Monica Carp. The exhibition is a sentimental one and contains works made in the last few years.
The artist Monica Carp was born on March 1 1956 in Bozienii de Jos, Neamt County. She followed the courses of the Popular School of Art from Bacau and the faculty of Plastic Arts from the Art University “George Enescu”. Today she is a member of the Artists Union …

In the room “Cupola” from Neamt County Library, starting with Thursday, October 25 2012 art lovers had the chance of seeing the paintings of the artist Oana Gavriliu. The exhibition is called “Greece in oil and aquarelle” and was made with the occasion of the national day of Greece.
The exhibition contains 28 paintings inspired by the recent period of time when the artist stayed near Thessaloniki and the Chalkidiki peninsula. Oana Gavriliu was impressed by the colors of the Aegean Sea and the continental environment. She manages to capture that …
