Location: the Town Roznov is part of the Neamt County and is located on the north side of the depression Cracau – Bistrita, at 15 km south east of the town Piatra Neamt. On the NV from Roznov there is the commune Savinesti, at NE commune Dochia, at E commune Margineni, at SE commune Zanesti at S commune Borlesti and at SV the commune Piatra Soimului

Touristic objectives:

– the Museum Gheorghe Ruset Roznovanu –  was first open for public in 2002, under the church St Nicolae from Roznov, where there is also the crypt of the colonel Roznovanu and his family.

– the Church “St Nicolae” from Roznov – is located in the Roznov Park and was built in the XIX century by colonel Gheorghe Ruset Roznovanu. The building of the church impresses  by its architecture that resembles churches in Russia..

– the Dendrologic Park from Roznov – with an area of 3 ha, the park contains important kinds of trees like oak, beech and chestnut and some rare species like: tisa, the silver fir, American tuia, the snob pine, Japanese locust, the yellow locust and the vinegar tree.
