Targu Neamt Local Council, City Hall and House of Culture from the city at the foot of Neamt Fortress, praising Easter Holidays, invites us to participate as spectators, of course, at the “Joy of Light” that will debut Monday, April 13th , first in locations provided by House of Culture, starting at 13.00.

The Festival program includes: Exhibition of paintings and hand-made of pupils within Secondary School no. 2 of Targu Neamt, Experimental Photography Exhibition of the University of Art and Design from Cluj Napoca – “Real – Subreal” and Photo Exhibition “Cuts of life in colors” of the Orthodox Youth Association Group in Romania (Targu Neamt). Exhibitions can be viewed until 19:00. Hosted by developments from the Public Garden, the events in this Festival, being this year at the seventh edition, will continue on the same day at 15.00 untill 20.00, with an entertainment show, music and dance, with singers, popular music and folk, at which will take part reciters and cheer. Will perform talented young people from the Association of Neamt Tourism Promotion and Development “Ozana Valley”, Orthodox Youth Association in Romania, the National College “Stefan cel Mare” and from the Kids Club – in Targu Neamt. The organizers promise that this year during the festival, there will be more prize contests and more surprises will be prepared for both tots and for adults.

The event will conclude with the traditional open-air disco. Representatives of House of Culture in Targu Neamt, the main organizer of the Festival, count on a large audience, that in every edition of the event appreciated with applause the endeavors of participants and competitors to present the best and win prizes.
