The XXV edition of this national folkloric music for children and young, “Florile Ceahlaului” ended Saturday with a gala. On the stage of the room “Calistrat Hogas” from Neamt County Council performed Olimpia Nistor – Iacob, Maria Salaru, Giorgiana Axinte-Serban and Vasile Urzica. Together with them also performed the band “Floricica de la munte”.

The winner of the Trophy “Florile Ceahlaului” was Ioana Maria Unguras of 19 years old from Jibou, Salaj. She manage to win her first trophy as a result of a great performance graded by the jury with a 9.55 for two songs, a doina “Pentru badea care-mi place” and “S-o dus badea-n catanie”. At the traditional canto category at the age of 8 and up to 15 years were awarded the following awards: first award – Iulia Andreea Mihai, Clejani (Giurgiu), second award and the award of Ceahlau Newspaper Ioana Hoza, Bistrita Nasaud, the third award Carmen Lorena Acatrinei, Tupilati (Neamt) and mentions Miruna Adelina Damian, Paula Ana-Maria Lupu. A special award from “Floricica” Association went to Miruna Elena Avasiloaiei.

The category with ages between 16 and 25 the awards were: first award Iulia Bucur, Cluj-Napoca, second award Claudia Olariu, Cisnadie (Sibiu), the third award Michael Cetean, Petresti (Alba) and mentions Mihaela Daju and Iuliana Craciun. At the instruments section the winners were: first award Alexandru Ioan Groza, Cluj-Napoca, second award Andrei Gafton, Piatra Neamt, third award Alexandra Strungaru, Botosani and mentions Constantin Codrut Ionescu and Liviu Adrian Bulai.

This year’s edition of the Festival “Florile Ceahlaului” ended with high praises from great personalities of the musical folkloric life.
