Between November 29 and December 2 2012 will take place the International Contest of Musical Interpretation and Choreography “Emanuel Elenescu” that reaches this year the XXII edition. The event is organized by “Vicot Brauner” Art High School from Piatra Neamt and its main purpose is to promote young talents from the musical world.
To enroll in this musical competition are expected young starting with November 20. The contest is for young people with ages between 6 and 19 years.

The contest will take place in one stage divided on 6 main categories. The first category is for blowing instruments, the second category will be dedicated to classic canto and the third category will be dedicated to vocal traditional Romanian music. The fourth category will contain traditional folkloric instruments, the fifth category will be for camera music and the final category will contain choreography-traditional-dances.

Each category will be presided by a commission. This contest is well known for its quality and it’s also a tribute to the director and composer Emanuel Elenescu.
