The Royal Court from Piatra Neamt was built between 1468 and 1475 by ruler Stefan cel Mare and includes “Sf Ioan Botezatorul” Church (The Church of St Joan the Baptizer) and the Tower of Stefan cel Mare. In this architectural complex you’ll also visit the Art Museum, the Ethnography Museum and Cucuteni Museum.

The History and Archeology Museum is located on Mihai Eminescu Street at number 10 and was first opened in 1934 by the priest Constantin Matasa. This was the first exclusively archeological museum from Moldova region.

The Natural Science Museum is located on Petru Rares Street and was first opened in 1960. The exhibition of the museum was organized as a monographic presentation of Neamt County.

The Memorial Museum of Calistrat Hogas is located in the house where the writer Calistrat Hogas lived. The exhibition of the museum contains family documents, manuscripts, original furniture pieces and personal objects that belonged to the writer. The house has a traditional architectural style for that period of time and was built in 1885.
