The Daibau platform, founded by architects Martin Pelcl and Gregor Černelč, achieves for the first time what neither social networks nor marketing agencies have succeeded in doing: it brings together architects, investors, craftsmen, and contractors online. Thus, the Daibau concept comes to digitize the construction industry, one of the economic sectors with the lowest visibility online, as efficiency and productivity are at a low level.

While up to 75% of construction companies believe that digitization will increase the industry’s productivity, only 20% of them have started to digitize their business and advertising. In this context, Daibau offers over 16.000 contractors from the country, who work in over 250 subcategories. Contractors benefit from a trial period and a more complex sales approach, and the business model is based on user subscriptions. Every interested company, contractor, or craftsman pays a subscription fee that facilitates contacting potential customers. Most importantly, Daibau does not take a percentage of the work done.
