Starting this weekend and until February 11th, there will be four weekends of dance and good spirits, raffle with prizes, music rhythms with DJ John, contests, photo memories, night skiing, and during the children’s holiday period, from February 17th to 25th, the contests, music and fun will be daily.

This weekend, Disney characters will be seen in Durău Resort, and the little ones will also be able to enjoy other activities: face painting, raffle with prizes and many more.

Durău Ski Resort was reopened in 2012 and has a modernized ski lift system since December 2018, and there is also a smaller sledding slope for children.

The resort is a special and favorite place for tourists throughout the year because since the summer of 2020, tourists can find a true amusement park in Durău: mountain carousel, tubing and summer sleigh, ski lift, playground for children, bike trails, escalators for uphill travel, trampoline/mattress.

From here, two trails start towards the Ceahlău Mountain plateau, where you can admire landscapes that overwhelm you with their beauty, the massif being one of the most picturesque mountain areas in the country, outlined by rocky walls, having the appearance of a fortress.

Last year, Durău Resort in Neamț County was included in the Top 10 tourist destinations, its numerous attractions and tourist sights were promoted and visible through the national branches of FIJET World, throughout the year 2023. The project was launched in 2022 by the FIJET Romania Tourism Press Club.

Annually, 10 destinations in the country, where things are done well and people deserve to be encouraged for their efforts, are promoted by the members of the Tourism Press Club – FIJET Romania.
