At the foothill of Neamț Fortress, enchanted guitar beats, great hits full of emotion and roars of applause – all these were part of the incredible atmosphere of the 2nd edition of “B.Zone Folk Music Festival”, on the 10th and 11th of September, 2022!

For two days, the heart of Moldavia resounded with song and good cheer, to the tunes of great hits and beloved folk artists, who brought us unforgettable music shows in the park of Neamţ Fortress in Târgu-Neamț.

After two years of restrictions due to the pandemic, folk lovers gathered in harmony and applause at the event organized by Neamț County Council in partnership with Târgu-Neamț City Hall and “Ion Creangă” Culture House in Târgu-Neamț. B.Zone Folk Music Festival is a cultural concept that brings together, in Târgu-Neamț, the heart of Moldavia, artists from all over the country, to create continuity, give value and bring folk music to the attention of the public, especially young audiences.

There were two days of freedom, strong emotions, songs humming filled with joy, showers of applause and free hugs!

Two days of amazing outdoor folk performances reunited, in Târgu-Neamț, young talents and beloved artists of the folk genre, who sang well-known songs for the public and filled their souls with great emotions and sweet memories. Together with the artists, whose voices marked an era of national history, those present at the event may have relived the emotion of falling in love, recalled the bittersweet taste of breakups or the thrill of reconciliation.

On Saturday, the scene was taken by: Ducu Bertzi & Friends, Radu Gheorghe, Sorin Minghiat – In Memoriam Doru Stănculescu, Maria Gheorghiu, Eugen Mihăescu, Claudia Șerdan, Adrian Bezna, Ovidiu Mihăilescu, Walter Ghicolescu, Adrian Mărgineanu, Ștefania Iacob, Sorin Poclitaru, Mircea Vanca, Cristi Corcioveanu, Cezar Popescu, Ana Maria Filip, children and young artists from cultural associations.

On Sunday, Florin Săsărman, Adrian Bezna, Walter Ghicolescu, Adrian Mărgineanu, Mircea Vanca, Cezar Popescu, Daria Boghean, and young aspiring artists from around Neamţ County were in the spotlight.
The series of two days of recitals ended apothetically, with the extraordinary performance of Cenaclul Flacăra led by Andrei Păunescu and his guests, including Mircea Vintilă, Emeric Imre, Magda Puskas, Dan Vană, Cristi Buică, Gogu Vanghele, Claudiu Purcărin, Rareș Suciu, Maria Măgirescu.
