In Neamt County, anglers can practice their skills and abilities in many different lakes stocked with different species of fish.
Lake “Mountain Spring”
Located out of Bicaz, towards the dam. After passing the dam, it goes on the national road to the lake bottom. Can fish species: perch, pike, trout, bream, rudd and carp. Recommended baits are specific to each species, only fishing permit.
Lake “Bisonery”
Situat pe teritoriul comunei Vânători Neamt, în incinta rezervației de zimbri și faună carpatină “Dragos Voda”. Located in the municipality of Vanatori, Neamt, inside the bison rezervation and carpathian fauna “Dragos Voda”. Lake is a complex presenting of three cascading ponds. Fish species found here are carp, skin, carp, pike, Chinese bighead carp, pike and perch. Most commonly used baits are corn bread and corn.
Entertainment complex “The Shark”
Located in the village Costişa 300 m DN 15. Entertainment complex “The Shark” consists of a landscaped pond, barbecue available for anglers, sports and playgrounds for kids, landscaped camping and a fish restaurant serving their own trout. The restaurant has a capacity of 40 seats and can be booked for various parties.
Lake “Pig`s Pond”
Located between the Agarcia village and Piatra Neamt, on the right bank of Bistrita, the lake Pig`s Pond has three owners and several pools. Only one owner open his ponds for fishing. Species of fish that can be caught here are carp and carp. Baits that work are classic red worms, rods and earthworms. Fishing fee is 12 lei for the fisher and 5 lei for the caregiver. The catch can be kept paying 18 lei for a kg of carp and 9 lei for one kg of crucian.
Cosma Fishery
It is located in the Agarcia village, 6 km from Piatra Neamt. It has a chain of eight ponds for fishing (carp, crucian carp, catfish), a restaurant with various preparations of fish, especially trout (specialty smoked fish wrapped in fir branches) and organic and traditional food, near ponds it has sheltered and accomodations with 4 double cabins with heat shared bathroom.

Lake Complex Dănăilă
Located on Bogdan Dragos Street out of the Roman city, the lake is stocked with: pike, perch, crucian and carp. Lures that work: polenta, garabet and earthworms.
Lake “Farm Caritas”
Located in the village Sabaoani, about 2 km on the road to Iassy, the lake is stocked with carp and crucian carp species. Lures that work: polenta and bread.
Angle Pond
Located in the Angle village of Dragomiresti, with an area of about 3.5 ha the lake is located near DN Piatra Neamt – Ancuta Inn. Fish species found here are carp, phytophagous, crucian and perch. Most commonly used baits are polenta, rhyme and worm.

Lake Budeşti
The lake is located in the village of Făurei. From DN Roman – Piatra Neamt, after leaving Top Bozieni 200 m on the left is the road to Budeşti, then on the right is a dirt road that leads to the three ponds on the farm. The first pond is the largest and we find here crucian and ciortan, and in the middle pond it has just small crucian carp. Baits that work are classic worm bin and worms (for spring) and polenta, rods, corn meal (summer-autumn).
Fishery “The Ponds”
The land is situated 6 km from the center of Piatra Neamt, in the Agarcia village, Alexander The Good commune. It has an area of 8000 sqm, 6000 sqm water surface divided into three ponds of 1,000 square meters, 3,000 square meters alone. The ponds are stocked with carp, crucian carp, pike, perch.
