The first edition of the Regional Tourism Fair with the theme “Holiday 2014” took placed between March 7 and 9 in Bacau.

The organizers of the event were the Center for Business and Exhibitions “Mircea Cancioc” from Bacau and the National Association of Tourism Agencies from Romania. At the fair were 30 participants among which were tour-operators, tourism agencies, accommodation units, public alimentation, the Airport from Bacau and the Airport from Iasi. Among the participants were also county councils from the North – East Region.

Neamt County Council presented materials for the most important touristic attractions from Neamt County. In the stand of Neamt County were also exposed works of art made by local artisans Elena and Vasile Ciocarlan from Stefan cel Mare commune.

This event represented for the majority of the participants an important platform to renew the already existing relations and to reactivate relations with traditional partners but also to create new contacts.

The event was promoted in the entire Moldova Region through materials published in newspapers and local magazines, local TV stations and radios and on the website of the Business Center and Exhibitions from Bacau.
