Between June 24 and July 31 2013 “Carmen Saeculare” Cultural and Art Center will organize the Vth edition of the Summer School in Tineretului Public Pool from Piatra Neamt. The courses will be held in two locations to meet all demands. Some courses will be held at the traditional Sheepfold from Tineretului Public Pool while others will take place at the headquarter of “Carmen Saeculare” Cultural and Art center.

Here are some of the courses that will take place at Tineretului Public Pool: painting, decorative art and graphics with professors Radu Macavei and Arcadie Raileanu. The time periods for these courses: June 25 – July 11 (first series), July 12 – 27 (second series). Pottery with Viorica Bugeaclau, weaving with the artisan Mariana Lazar (July 1 – 31), origami and quilling (June 26 – July 12), handmade objects and fabrics (July 16 – 30) with Nina Dumitru.

At the headquarter of “Carmen Saeculare” Cultural and art Center from Stefan cel Mare street no 3 will take place the following courses: piano, canto and religious music with Daniela Iacob, folkloric canto (June 26 – July 12), pop music (July 17 – 31) with Giorgiana Serban, guitar (July 1 – 31) with Blanaru Florentin and folkloric dance with Ioan Luchian and Claudiu Luchian. Children that are under 7 years old have to be with a parent at these courses. The participation fee is 50 RON (the folkloric dance course is free).
