The exhibition of the artist Mircea Titus Romanescu at Lascar Vorel Galleries
Between November 15 and November 30 2012 art lover had the chance of visiting Lascar Vorel Galleries and see the exhibition of the artist Mircea Titus Romanescu. The painter was born in Piatra Neamt on August 16 1950. He graduated the Technical Institute from Bucharest and the Art Faculty from Timisoara.
The artist from Piatra Neamt considers that painting is a tool to research the world, a way of being in the world. Through his works exhibited in this exhibition he constructs a world that comes to life through rhythm, color and the energy of the contrasts. He also invites the visitor to a journey in this wonderful world that he creates.
Over his career, Mircea Titus Romanescu had numerous exhibitions in Piatra Neamt, Bucharest, Iasi, Bacau, Barlad, Timisoara but also in Germany, Holland, Austria and Italy. The artist also participated to collective exhibitions among which we can talk about the “Lascar Vorel” exhibition from Piatra Neamt, Chisanau, Bacau, Paris, Poland or Italy.
About the work of the artist Mircea Titus Romanescu the art critiques say that the simple things are raised to the level of heroism and that the intensity and the saturation of colors create a discreet reality that we often pass in too much of a hurry.
